Privacy, Delivery & Returns
Your details are kept confidential by us and we will not sell or give this information to any other party.
All card payment transactions through our website are processed through Shopify secure payment facility and we do not see any card details.
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Delivery is free of charge within Australia. NZ customers please contact NZ resellers.
Free delivery applies only to purchases from this website and does not apply to sales through our re-sellers.
We aim to send your order the next working day and we primarily use Australia Post's regular Parcel Service with signature on delivery. Delivery time is normally within a week.
We will email you to confirm we have received your order and to advise when it will be sent.
Delivery is at our risk and if anything happens in transit to you, we will take care of it.
Refunds and returns
Should you change your mind and wish to return the machine, we will be happy to give you a full refund providing the machine has not been used and the packaging is intact. The return freight to us will be at your cost and risk.
If we are temporarily out of stock of a machine at the time we get your order, we will notify you immediately and offer you a full refund. We will advise how long it will take to fill your order. If you instruct us to keep the payment until stock become available again, you are able to change your mind at any time and get a full refund.
As a customer, you are protected by any applicable consumer protection legislation.
In addition, the coffee machines are covered by 5 year warranty for domestic use (1 year commercial use) as described in the Instructions for Use which comes with the machine.
Please note that the warranty is void if the machine fails because of limescale build up.
